Betsy Wade
LMK Foundation

The Laona M. Kitchen Foundation was founded to honor mother, grandmother and great grandmother Laona Kitchen, who battled Alzheimer’s disease.
In 2011, the LMK Foundation became a 501c(3) whose purpose is to assist families caring for a loved one with dementia. The LMK Foundation accomplishes that goal by providing short-term respite care to caregivers.  Application for the $500.00 caregiver voucher can be made thru the foundation website:
The vouchers are awarded to full-time caregivers experiencing the stresses of being a caregiver to a dementia diagnosed loved one.

Betsy Wade has over 30 years healthcare experience in the area of aging and currently serves as the Program Director for the LMK Foundation.  Both Betsy and the foundation President, Gary Kitchen are available to speak to your organizations.

Jonathan Page
In Prime Legal
Jonathan Page serves as the Chief Legal Officer of InPrime Legal (formerly known as In House).  InPrime is the leading and best provider of outsourced legal team services exclusively for small-to-midsized businesses.  Our mission is to keep valued businesses in business by helping them build resilience to liability and get in prime legal condition.  By removing the hourly rate model altogether, we can proactively eliminate or reduce legal threats to the company instead of waiting and responding to little problems that have now become big problems.  Our legal team becomes an extension of the company and an integral part of the business operations.  The owner is assigned a Chief Legal Officer, employment counsel, IP and contract counsel and competition and corporate counsel, all focused on eliminating or reducing threats in five core exposure areas.   As a result, our member businesses avoid significant and documented liability and reduce their exposure to legal threats.

Mike Boyce
Cobb Commission Chair
I believe that the Chairman is charged with the credo that he will lead a government that is fiscally responsible, lives within its means, and works with the business community to create an economic environment which encourages entrepreneurship and promotes responsible growth.  Above all, the chairman (and any elected official) should be a person who is known by the promises he keeps.
