Sue Marshall
Carpet for Less 

Sue Marshall is the owner of Carpet for Less, which provides floor covering materials to residential and commercial clients. Products include carpet, area rugs, hardwood flooring and tile, and other services include bathroom remodeling and other
interior renovations.

For more than 30 years, Marshall’s pledge has been to help clients find the best flooring solution for their family or business needs.

She measures most jobs and recommends styles and colors, furniture replacement, cleaning
and maintenance and can shop for remnants and promotional goods with various mills.


Bill Hoitink is a partner with Mozley, Finlayson and Loggins, Attorneys at Law. His primary field of practice is closing both residential and commercial real estate transactions, along with the associated field of wills and probate.

He has been practicing law in Cobb County for more than 35 years and has been involved in many professional organizations, including the Cobb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.

Hoitink also is a member of the real
estate section of the State Bar of Georgia was president of the Metro Marietta Kiwanis for the 2017-2018 term.

Pam Oldaker is an associate broker with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage. She has lived in the East Cobb area for 25 years and also works heavily in Roswell, Alpharetta,
Kennesaw, Smyrna, Marietta and Midtown Atlanta.
